Most products are dispatched the same day working day – if ordered before 2pm GMT. In most cases if we are unable to dispatch a product to you within 28 working days of your order, we will email you with expected delivery details and give you the option to cancel your order. We aim to deliver to the mainland UK in 2-3 working days, Western Europe in 5-7 working days, Former USSR Countries and Eastern Europe in 7-10 working days and the rest of the world in 10-15 working days. Delivery times are only estimates and should not be taken as any form of guarantee.
We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us but we cannot give an exact delivery date. We also may deliver the goods in several consignments but will not charge any extra delivery for this. If we have not delivered the goods within 30 days of expected delivery for UK delivery addresses and despatched the goods within 30 days of expected despatch for overseas delivery addresses then you may cancel the contract and we will refund any money paid by you.
Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.
As soon as we have delivered the goods you will be responsible for them. If you delay accepting a delivery, our responsibility for everything other than damage due to our negligence will end on the date the carrier tried to deliver the goods to you
Main land UK £2.95, Non Main Land UK and EU £15.00 and Rest of the World £24.00 wherever possible.
Large or heavy items may carry their own delivery charge, or may require that you get in touch for a quote. Some items are too heavy to be posted overseas, so if in doubt email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damaged or defective goods
We will supply goods that are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months (or longer if required by law) from the date of delivery.
You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us within 14 days and we will arrange for their return to us or the manufacturer at no cost to you (only applies to UK address). If the goods returned under this clause are found to be in full working order these will be returned to you and an administration fee of 15% of the price of the goods along with the cost of carriage will be charged to you.
NOTE Where outer packaging is clearly damaged in transit please ensure that if you accept the delivery you sign Damaged Consignment. IF YOU DO NOT DO THIS WE SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR GOODS SAID TO BE DAMAGED ON DELIVERY.
If you are a business or if the goods are used wholly or in part for business purposes we shall not be liable to you for any business loss including loss of profits (whether direct or indirect) business data, revenue, goodwill, or incidental, or consequential loss that you may suffer as a result of the purchase of goods from us. Any other liability shall be limited to the price paid for the goods. We do not exclude our liability for fraud or for death or personal injury. For our performance, time is not of the essence. You will not export any goods purchased from us in contravention of United States of America export controls.
